Easy 7-Day Return Window 🚀

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for products with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
  • To qualify, simply share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Only items with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery are eligible for return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or preference-related reasons.

How to Initiate a Return?

  • Raise a return request by emailing us at help.bombaysaree@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer. If you’d like us to arrange a reverse pickup, a ₹200 fee applies.
  • Once the return is received and verified, the refund is processed directly to your bank account (not as store credit).

Important Notes

  • Items like lingerie and clearance sale products are non-returnable.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • All disputes will be handled under Surat jurisdiction.
